Rogerio Henriques

Rogério Campos Henriques is a highly experienced business professional with a diverse background across various industries, specializing in insurance and strategic management consulting.

Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Fidelidade, the prominent Life and Non-Life Insurance company in Portugal under the Fosun Group.

His expertise spans Strategy & Business Development, IT Management, Business Transformation, and HR Strategy and Development.

He actively leads key areas such as HR, Health Insurance Business, and Innovation at Fidelidade.

Within the APS, he oversees the Technical Committee for 'Segurnet' and holds advisory positions with CIONET Portugal and Portugal IDC CIO Council.

Recognized as the 'Best Digital Leader of 2017' at the Portugal Digital Awards.

Rogério has dedicated over 12 years to Fidelidade, previously managing IT and serving on the Executive Board of Multicare.

Prior to his tenure at Fidelidade, he held senior roles at The Boston Consulting Group and Portugal Telecom Group, focusing on Telecom and Financial Services sectors.
