Roger Wong

Ir. Ts. Roger Wong is an accomplished Managing Director at MH Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd and former General Manager at Mun Hean (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, with extensive expertise in Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System and Power Quality, Energy Management, Lightning, and Electrical Protection fields.

He earned a B.Eng in E&E Engineering from University of Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia, and a M.Eng in Power Engineering from University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia. Ir. Roger holds distinguished professional titles including Professional Engineer registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM), Professional Technologist in Green Technology registered with Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE).

Ir. Roger is actively involved in various industry organizations such as Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), APEC & EMF Register, ASEAN Engineering Register (AER), Malaysian Green Building Confederation (MGBC), and many others. He brings over 20 years of experience with a significant leadership background, having worked in esteemed companies like TNB, ALSTOM, PATHGREEN, and edotco with roles ranging from General Manager to Lead/Commissioning/Operation & Maintenance Engineer.

His international exposure in Malaysia, United Kingdom, Middle East, and other Asian countries has enriched his understanding of diverse work cultures and management practices. Ir. Roger's certifications include 11kV ST Competent Engineer, Grid-Connected Solar Designer, P.Eng, P.Tech, M.Eng, REEM, and more.

Education-wise, he completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional and pursued a Master's in Power System Engineering at Universiti Malaya.
