With a strong educational background and diverse experience in the telecommunications industry, Dr. Skidmore has held key roles in prominent organizations.

Dr. Skidmore pursued his academic journey at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Wireless Communications within the Electrical and Computer Engineering field. Additionally, he completed a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same institution, showcasing his expertise in the technical domain.
