Roger Mpa-Mm

Roger Mpa-Mm is an accomplished Senior Program Manager/Planner with a wealth of expertise in federal infrastructure, disaster recovery, airport planning, and commercial development. He is also a top-notch Finance Strategist, Developer, and Manager/Director with extensive training in Security Planning and Nuclear Weapons development, maintenance, employment strategy and tactics. In addition, Roger is an experienced instrument-rated pilot and an expert in federal regulations and policies, including PART 13/16 FAA complaints and actions/strategies related to airport development and planning issues. He's an alumnus of St Leo College, where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Criminology, and Troy University where he earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Management.

He's also worked as the Senior Program Manager/Planner (Development Strategist) at Ulteig, the Director Community Planning and Development GS15 -Retired. Louisville KY Field Office HUD Policy SME at U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Prior to his civilian roles, Roger served in the US Navy as a Senior Nuclear Weapons Inspector NWTGLANT, and as a Project Manager COMSUBRON 8 and ship's crew SSN's.
