Roger Lively is a highly experienced outsourcing professional with over 20 years of experience in project and program management in the telecommunications and IT fields. He has led highly technical teams in multi-year new data center builds, infrastructure augments/build-outs, and application upgrades/new builds. He has significant experience with cloud migrations, cloud security, and IT environment assessments for RFPs. Dr. Lively holds a PhD in Organizational Design and Management, and his dissertation focused on PMO Design & Governance. He is also certified in OCI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Scrum, ITIL Foundation V4, Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Agile Certified Professional (ACP).

Dr. Lively is a Cloud Engagement Manager at Modis and has previously worked as the Public Cloud Cut-Over Manager at TEKsystems, Sr. Service Delivery Lead at Denovo Ventures LLC, and Program Manager at HCL Technologies. He has also worked as a Sr. Program Manager at Capgemini, Cognizant, and Xerox, and as a Senior Project Manager at Verizon and Perot Systems. Dr. Lively has a background in operations management, network engineering, and tech support at Sprint Corporation and VarTec Telecom, Inc. He has also studied a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Management & Design at Capella University, an MBA in General Management at Baker University, a Certificate in Project Management at The George Washington University, and a Cert in Software Engineering Management at U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
