The company was initially focused on Mechanical Seal and Repair services but has since diversified its offerings to include various mechanical seal lines, repair services for all major brands, pumps, pump parts, and bearing protection products like the 'Bearing Guard' bearing isolator.

Roger Gautreau's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Baton Vocational Technical, studies in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Louisiana State University, and high school education from East Ascension High School with a focus on Advanced Math, Industrial Arts, and Machine Shop.
