Roger del Sol

Roger del Sol is a sports enthusiast and a business leader with an impressive track record in his professional career. He studied Administración y dirección de Empresas at the prestigious Universitat Ramon Llull and later earned a Master's degree in Comercio Internacional y Marketing from the renowned Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

Roger co-founded WeFitter, a SaaS platform that helps corporates and insurers reduce healthcare costs with a focus on well-being. He served as the company's CSO and devoted his energies to developing the business, honing his skills at finding the best deals and working effectively under pressure. He describes WeFitter as one of the toughest professional challenges he has ever faced, but he relishes the work and approaches each day with excitement and a commitment to giving his best.

Before co-founding WeFitter, Roger worked as a Key Account Manager at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and as a Sales & Marketing Representative at Philip Morris International, where he gained invaluable experience in sales and marketing strategies. Currently, Roger holds the position of CSO at Sports&Life Group, where he continues to grow his expertise and contribute to the business world.
