Senior Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

- Escalated significant accounting issues and proposed corrective actions to ensure problem resolution.
- Preparation of monthly sets of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit/Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, KPIs, etc.). 
- Involved in planning & control cycle (forecast, budget, comparison actual-budget-latest estimates) 
- Preparation of cash flow budgets/forecasts 
- Set up relevant internal control structure/processes
- Assist and review the work performed by staffs 
- Managing new and existing accounts, ensure that the monthly tasks are performed with quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

- Daily bookkeeping, bank and other reconciliations, accounts payable processing including checks as to correctness of invoices and preparing payment files to suppliers, accounts receivable processing including preparation of sales invoices preparation of aging reports, payroll processing, monthly closing of books, and other general accounting tasks.
