Roee Adler

Roee Adler is an experienced Israeli software engineer and entrepreneur with a rich background in the tech industry.

With a strong foundation in computer science, Roee's career began during his military service as a software engineer with Unit 81, where he contributed to an award-winning system recognized by the Israel Defense Award.

Throughout his career, Roee has been involved in multiple successful startups, including Envara and AeroScout, which were later acquired by industry giants like Intel and Stanley.

As Chief Product Officer at Soluto, he played a key role in the company's success, culminating in a notable win at TechCrunch Disrupt and later acquisition by Asurion.

Transitioning to a leadership role at WeWork, Roee oversaw significant technological advancements, expanded operations globally, and pioneered the establishment of WeWork Labs, a successful new business unit.

In 2020, Roee co-founded Santa, a unique physical/digital retail concept for suburban areas.

Roee holds a BA in Computer Science and an MBA, and he has been actively involved in various organizations and advisory roles within the industry, showcasing his extensive network and experience.

Outside of work, Roee leads a fulfilling personal life with his family, holds a black belt in Judo, enjoys cinema, and has a strong appreciation for the TV show Battlestar Galactica.
