Rodrigo Sosa is a versatile professional with extensive experience in staffing and recruitment services. As the Vice President of Volt (Europe), the European operating arm of one of the world's largest recruitment companies, Rodrigo helps clients find staffing solutions tailored to their needs in a variety of areas, including IT, Data & Analytics, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, and Engineering. A graduate of Solvay Business School, Rodrigo has demonstrated his leadership abilities by moving up the ranks from Consultant to Business Unit Manager and Regional Manager. In addition to his tenure at Volt (Europe), he has worked as a Sr. Recruiter at Pierpoint and as an Accounting Assistant at Lespan SA. Rodrigo's passion for entrepreneurship also led him to found Punto Indigo. Thanks to his success in the recruitment industry, Rodrigo was invited to share his insights as a Guest Lecturer at the Université de Lausanne.
