Rodrigo Aramburu

Rodrigo Aramburu is the Chief Product Officer at Voltron Data, where he focuses on building standards for a more unified data analytics ecosystem. He previously served as the CEO of BlazingSQL, renowned for developing one of the fastest, cheapest, and most user-friendly SQL engines globally. Before that, Rodrigo led Simply Tech as the CEO, offering a range of services from Analytics and Modeling to Data Visualization for corporate and government clients. His professional journey began at Deloitte. Rodrigo places a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship and advocating for the advancement of underrepresented minorities in the tech industry. Rodrigo pursued BA and BS degrees in Economics and Mathematics at The University of Texas at Austin, along with a B.E. in the International Economics Program at Thammasat University. Throughout his career, Rodrigo has held key roles at Voltron Data, BlazingSQL, Simply Tech, Deloitte, car2go North America, Environment Texas, and Liberal Arts Information Technology Services.
