Rodolfo Altamirano

Dr. Rodolfo "Rudie" Altamirano is the Executive Director of International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) and the Executive Director of Immigration Services and Integration Programs at the University of Pennsylvania.13 He holds a doctoral degree in International Resource Development with a focus on Cross-Cultural Communication.2

Dr. Altamirano's responsibilities include:
