Rodolfo Ribeiro is a highly educated and experienced professional in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, and human behavior. With a doctorate in Administration from FEA-USP and a master's degree in Strategy and Innovation from UNINOVE, as well as several specializations and certifications in related fields, Rodolfo is a sought-after expert in guiding and mentoring entrepreneurs and executives, and teaching post-graduate students. He has also worked as a consultant, evaluator of promotion projects, and was previously an innovation management officer at Algar Telecom. In 2017, he founded his own startup 7waves, which utilizes technologies such as artificial intelligence, behavior analysis and people analytics to help people plan, discover and conquer their life goals. Rodolfo is also a coach-in-training with Erickson International and a member of the Research Group on Quality of Life at Work at FEA-USP.
