Rodolfo Lazo is a finance expert and co-founder of Kala, a fintech-as-a-service startup that focuses on embedded lending in Latin America. He holds a Master's degree in Finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has studied Economics and Business at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios.

With his extensive experience, Lazo has served in various roles in Grupo AutoFacil and Grupo Poma, where he has worked as a Country Manager, Assistant Country Manager, and Assistant Vice President. He has also been an Adjunct Faculty at Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios and an Economic Analyst at the Ministry of Economy.

At Kala, Lazo spearheads as the Chief Operating Officer, partnering with all types of businesses, including incumbents and startups, to simplify the complexities of embedded lending in their existing platforms. His expertise in finance and economics has helped him in supporting the company in achieving its targets.
