Rodolfo Baquerizo is a successful Ecuadorian entrepreneur, business leader, and executive coach, with extensive experience in real estate development and finance. Mr. Baquerizo has been the founder and partner of Grupo AB, a group of companies that have delivered tens of thousands of middle-income homes in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and Lima, Peru. By purchasing large tracts of land and investing in urban infrastructure and commercial real estate, Mr. Baquerizo has contributed to the expansion and growth of communities in the region, while promoting a culture of environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Mr. Baquerizo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College, where he graduated cum laude, and a Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management. His master's thesis on inflation, savings, and mortgage financing in Ecuador was nominated to the Brooks Prize and supervised by Professor Emeritus Franco Modigliani. Mr. Baquerizo also completed the Owner/President Management Program at the Harvard Business School, and the Executive Program at Singularity University, which has enhanced his leadership skills and technological insights.

Aside from his business activities, Mr. Baquerizo is also committed to supporting and empowering other leaders, as a former managing director of Renaissance Executive Forums and a board and leadership expert at 40+ League. Through these organizations, Mr. Baquerizo created a safe and confidential environment for top executives to share their personal and professional dilemmas and engage in peer learning and collective intelligence. Mr. Baquerizo is a lifelong learner and enjoys reading about history, philosophy, and technology, tasting wine, and cycling with friends. He is married and the father of five children.
