Rodolfo Baccarelli is a seasoned computer scientist with over 40 years of experience in the technology and business innovation sectors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas and has worked as an instructor and professor at multiple educational institutions, including the Universidade Federal da Bahia and University of Campinas.

Throughout his career, Baccarelli has worked in network applications consultancy, IT consulting, and business consulting. He has also founded a startup development consulting firm, Stratplan Consultoria e Comércio, and served as the director of the Instituto de Estudos Econômicos em Software.

Baccarelli has introduced the methodologies of Business Model Generation and Customer Development to the incubators he has worked with, including the Softex and Unicamp incubators in Campinas, and the Supera incubator at USP-Ribeirão Preto. He is currently a co-founder of the Baita Aceleradora, a startup accelerator that was selected by the Programa Startup Brasil.
