Rodney Dor

Rodney Dor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of information technology and security. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona, studied at Pasadena City College, and completed an Associate of Arts in Electronics Engineering from ITT Tech. Rodney has previously held various IT management and auditing positions at notable companies such as Mattel, Orange County Transportation Authority, First American Title, Indymac Bank, Aloricadr, Farmers Insurance, Transamerica, and Triad Systems. He has also taught as an adjunct instructor at Cal Poly Pomona.

Currently, Rodney holds the position of Senior Manager Information Security at Mattel, Inc., where he is responsible for overseeing the company's information security infrastructure. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Manager Git Security at the same company, where his duties included managing the security of the Git enterprise source code repository system.
