Rodica Ciubotariu is an experienced Director of Clinical Operations in the Cellular Therapy/Immuneffectors field with a background in Immunobiology, Stem Cells biology, FDA regulations, and Clinical Research. She has a strong history of working in the hospital & health care industry, particularly in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. With a Ph.D. in Immunology from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, Rodica has a solid educational foundation. She is known for implementing compliance frameworks and QC testing for Cellular Therapy products, ensuring identity, potency, purity, and safety. With a decade of experience as a FACT inspector and involvement in the Common Standards Steering Committee, she has demonstrated leadership and expertise in her field.
