Rodger Patience

Rodger Patience is a versatile professional with a diverse background in sales engineering, consulting, and process improvement coaching. His expertise spans across higher education business analytics, hospital operations, patient flow, and leadership development. Apart from his professional career, he also serves as the Vicar of the Church of the Holy Apostles, the Oneida Episcopal Mission.

Rodger's educational journey includes completing the Executive Scholars Program in Leadership and Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He has also pursued enrichment coursework at Bexley Seabury and the Church Divinity School of the Pacific. Additionally, he holds certificates in Ordination Preparation from the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago's School for Deacons and in Volunteer Hospital Chaplain Training from the Bishop Anderson Institute. Rodger's academic foundation includes a BA in English from Eastern Illinois University.

Throughout his career, Rodger Patience has held various roles in prominent organizations. He has served as the Director and Faculty Member of the EAB Technology Team at EAB, the Director and Faculty Member of Talent Development Partnerships at The Advisory Board Company, and the Director of Resource Development at Terrafin Consulting. Additionally, he has worked in different capacities at TeleTracking Technologies as a Senior Product Specialist, Regional Client Manager, and Sales Executive. Rodger also contributed his expertise as an Applications Analyst at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and held the position of Director of Information Services at the same institution. He has further enriched his professional experience as the Manager of Development Services at The Field Museum.
