Rodger Patience is a versatile professional with a diverse background in sales engineering, consulting, and process improvement coaching. His expertise spans across higher education business analytics, hospital operations, patient flow, and leadership development. Apart from his professional career, he also serves as the Vicar of the Church of the Holy Apostles, the Oneida Episcopal Mission.

Rodger also contributed his expertise as an Applications Analyst at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and held the position of Director of Information Services at the same institution. He has further enriched his professional experience as the Manager of Development Services at The Field Museum.
