Rodd Macklin is a prominent figure in the finance and investment sector, currently serving as the Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director of Pennington Partners & Co., a private strategy and investment firm established in 2016. The firm manages over $1.5 billion in assets under management (AUM) and focuses on the comprehensive needs of wealthy families, emphasizing areas such as tax-advantaged investing and exit planning.12
