Rocio Heredia is a seasoned Senior Executive with over 30 years of experience in executive roles, specializing in Risk Management, Operations Management, Sales, Human Capital, and Organizational Development.

She has a proven track record of designing and implementing strategic customer service solutions for global and local companies, leading high-performance teams, organizational redesigns, and developing training programs in operational and sales areas.

Rocio holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations with a focus on Organizational Development from the Universidad Iberoamericana. She also has certifications in Leadership from Kellogg School of Management, Executive and Business Coaching, MBTI, and HDS.

Her expertise lies in prospecting and selling to global clients, coordinating global projects, integrating global philosophies with local practices, leadership, communication, team building, organization restructuring, client relationship management, and coaching sales teams for goal achievement.

Rocio has held senior positions at Aura Consultores, S.C., and previously served in various executive roles at Aon including Global Business Development Director, North Region Commercial Director, Regional Employee Benefits Director, Head of Ciudad Juarez Office, and International Account Manager.

She has also worked as an Internal Consultant in Organizational Development at Grupo Seguros La Comercial.
