Robynn Steffen is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in law, impact investing, global development, and public policy.
She holds a JD from Yale Law School and pursued her B.A. and M.A. degrees at Yale University after transferring from the University of Iowa.
With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Robynn currently serves as the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at the Climate Leadership Initiative.

Furthermore, she has contributed her expertise as Deputy Chair to Gene Sperling at the Education Working Group within the Clinton Global Initiative and served as Interim Executive Director and Board Member at Universities Allied for Essential Medicines (UAEM).
Earlier in her career, Robynn gained valuable experience in project management at Youth for Unity and Voluntary Action (YUVA) and conducted research at esteemed organizations like the Self Employed Women's Association (SEWA), Community Agency for Social Enquiry (CASE), and the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
