During his tenure, he played a crucial role in establishing and advancing various departments including Marketing, Product, Sales, Marketplace, Business Intelligence, and Customer Experience.

Robson's educational journey includes earning an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, as well as studying Business Management at Ibmec, Physical Education at Universidade Federal do Paraná, and Business Administration at FACET.

Throughout his career, Robson held key positions such as Chief Growth Officer, Board Member, Endeavor Entrepreneur, Sales and Marketing Adviser, Co-Founder, COO, Chief Marketing Officer, Product and Category Director, and Head of Product at MadeiraMadeira. Additionally, he served as the Commercial Manager and began as a Trainee at Leroy Merlin. Robson also excelled as the CEO and Co-Founder of Health Solutions.
