Part of the original Outbound team (1 of 5), working on Outbound by Zendesk.
-  As the only full-time engineer on Outbound, on-boarding and transitioning ownership of service to 16+ engineers
-  Automation of our Infrastructure with Terraform and Fabric
-  Cloud consolidation: moved our infrastructure from AWS and Digital Ocean to GCP
-  Migrated 200+ TB Bigtable from SSD to HDD. Saved over $27,000/month
-  Optimized network by using private subnets to talk to managed services on GCP. Saved over $10k a month
