Robin Blandford, a renowned CEO of D4H Technologies, is an accomplished computer scientist and emergency manager with a proven track record spanning over a decade. He studied Honours, Leaving Certificate at Sutton Park School, and went on to study First Class Honours in B.Eng., Digital Media Engineering at Dublin City University. Later, he secured a Post Graduate Diploma in New Business Development at Dublin Institute of Technology. Before co-founding D4H Technologies in 2008, he held several positions in Ericsson and Thomson Reuters, where he gained invaluable experience.
At D4H Technologies, Robin is the mastermind behind information management software for emergencies and incidents deployed in more than 16 countries worldwide. It records over 15 million response hours a year and has established itself as the #1 information management software in the world. Robin Blandford's leadership qualities and vision have driven efficiencies within clients' public safety teams, corporate crises, and industrial facilities. His mission is to provide the right information when things go wrong.
Robin's experience as the Deputy Officer In Charge (DOiC) at Irish Coast Guard has given him a deep understanding of the risks and complexities involved in emergency response operations. Furthermore, his past positions as the Chief Architecture Office, Asia, and Strategic Technology Relationship Program at Thomson Reuters, demonstrate his strategic mindset and technological expertise. Robin is a veteran business analyst, operations problem analyst, global operations project manager, and network management researcher.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Robin is a skilled mountain guide, having worked at the Kandersteg International Scout Centre. He is passionate about the outdoors, adventure, and sport.
