Robin Amer is an award-winning podcast host, editor, and showrunner with nearly 20 years of professional experience in digital, broadcast, and print media. She currently serves as the Senior Producer for Audio Features at The Washington Post, where she oversees editing ambitious enterprise and investigative stories for the flagship daily news podcast, Post Reports, as well as other narrative podcast series and digital projects.

Robin is widely recognized as the creator of the highly acclaimed investigative podcast The City, produced for USA Today. The podcast, spanning two compelling seasons, delved into the dynamics of power in urban America. It received critical acclaim from esteemed publications like the New Yorker Magazine, the New York Times, Quartz, Apple Podcasts, and more. The City reached No. 6 on the Apple Podcast charts and secured victory in the WNYC Podcast Accelerator competition.
