Roberto Vaino

Roberto Vaino is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in Software Engineering and Project Management. After gaining his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Salerno, Roberto went on to study his MSc in Computer Science at University La Sapienza Rome under the supervision of Professor Luigi Vassallo.

His career began as a QA Localization Engineer at Keywords International, where Roberto gained experience in gaming technology and software testing. In 2012, Roberto joined IBM Ireland as a Software Engineer, where he developed and automated deployment software and reduced deployment time significantly.

Roberto's success at IBM led to him being headhunted by Oracle in 2016, where he was appointed Public Sector Senior Customer Success Manager IaaS - PaaS. In this role, Roberto was responsible for implementing Oracle technology solutions for public sector clients, where he had an impact on reducing joblessness across the country. He has since moved into an Account Executive position at Oracle and has had great successes with three new customers choosing Oracle Human Capital Management as their SaaS service platform.

Roberto's technical expertise and his ability to work with stakeholders across both public and private sectors make him a valuable asset to any organization.
