Currently, Roberto serves as the Principal at RLR Consultants, bringing his wealth of experience to the forefront in assisting organizations in areas such as infrastructure, housing, and health programs.

Previously, he held roles at prestigious organizations like Fluor Corporation, CONSEJO DE SALUD DE PUERTO RICO INC, PathStone Corporation, and PGESCom, showcasing his diverse skill set and adaptability.

Roberto's early career also includes internships at Spel Engenharia Ltda. and Paulson Mitchell, Inc., as well as positions at Dewberry and the United States Courts, where he honed his expertise in program development, implementation, and legal matters.
