Roberto Koeler Lira

Roberto Koeler Lira is a seasoned finance professional with an extensive background in equity and fixed income management.

With a Master's in Business Administration and Finance from COPPEAD UFRJ and a BA in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Roberto has a strong academic foundation.

Having joined Genial Investimentos in 2022 as a Partner and Equity Portfolio Manager, Roberto oversees the buy side equity division, bringing his wealth of experience to the organization.

Prior to his current role, Roberto spent nearly 15 years at Icatu Vanguarda, where he led the equity team and managed various equity strategies, including long only and long-biased funds, with assets under management exceeding BRL 3.5 billion.

During his tenure at the Telos foundation from 2003 to 2007, Roberto honed his skills as an Investment Manager, handling fixed income, equities, and real estate assets.
