Currently, Roberto serves as the Head of Renewable Power Development - EMEA at Shell, where he leads the renewable power development business in Europe, setting strategies, managing teams, originating new business opportunities, overseeing M&A activities, and delivering projects.

Prior to his current role at Shell, Roberto held various positions including Solar Business Development Manager, Senior Pathfinder, and Senior Strategy and Portfolio Adviser at Shell. He also founded CO2.cr and held roles at ERM, URS Corporation, and Parker & Associates, Inc., focusing on environmental engineering and consulting.
