Robert Young

During his tenure at Lafayette College, Robert has been instrumental in developing narratives behind numbers, emphasizing the importance of understanding community stories to foster a culture of philanthropy. Robert's educational background includes studies at Mckinley Technology High School, a Bachelor's degree from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor's in Gender Studies and Film from Lafayette College.

Professionally, Robert has served as the Director of Intercultural Development and previously as a Posse Mentor at Lafayette College. He has also held roles as the Associate Director of Annual and Leadership Giving at Lafayette College, Associate Director of Annual Giving and Director of Camel Athletics Club at Connecticut College, and Assistant Director for Young Alumni and Affinity Groups at Lafayette College.
