Yeh has proven success in integration of stakeholder management, category strategy, complex sourcing, procurement operations, cost reduction, quality & innovation, scorecards & metrics, contract negotiations, and vendor management. He has built complete procurement organizations and excels in managing organization-wide change resulting from M&A activities or transformation. Yeh is also an expert in team building & senior relationship management, and a driven leader of cross-functional teams.

He has held various positions throughout his career, including Senior Director, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing at Kaiser Permanente, Director of Procurement at LendingClub, and Principal at the North Highland Company, among others.
