Rob Weir

Robert Weir is an experienced management consultant with a background in economic development, defense, logistics, and operations. He has a proven track record of successfully managing complex business and governance issues for multiple public and private organizations. As a combat-tested leader, he has served in various capacities as a company-grade infantry officer in support of the Global War on Terror. Robert is an adaptive, focused, and inspired leader with expertise in strategy, transformation, risk management, contingency planning, and data analytics. He is also skilled in project management, resource planning, personnel management, and strategic planning. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
