Robert has a diverse background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of California, San Diego.

As a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu and a human interface electronics enthusiast, he values personal growth, balance in life, and making meaningful contributions to society.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Robert enjoys spending time with his kids, practicing wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, camping, traveling in his RV, tinkering, gardening, home improvement, and exploring new culinary experiences.
