Robert Strauss

Robert Strauss, MD is a highly accomplished physician leader with vast experience in developing leadership education and mentoring programs, customer experience, team building, complaint management and ED operational assessments. He holds degrees from notable institutions such as the University of Southern California, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Chicago, UCLA, and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Strauss has held numerous high-level leadership positions, most recently serving as Chief Medical Training Officer at TeamHealth. He has also served as Director of ACEP's ED Director's Academy, Corporate Vice President of Professional Development and Program Development at TeamHealth, President of the Medical Staff at Saint Francis Hospital, and Chair of the RRC Emergency Medicine at ACGME. Dr. Strauss has also been active in academic circles and has been an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Strauss brings his extensive experience in leadership and mentoring to focus on enhancing clinician engagement and leading project management teams. He has been a key member of many leading healthcare organizations as they work to improve the standard of care and patient experience.
