Robert Rudd is a seasoned professional with more than 13 years of experience in renewable energy project development, specializing in energy storage and solar PV.
Currently, Bob is dedicated to developing large-scale Energy Storage projects at Plus Power as the Head of Origination & Commercial Transactions.
Prior to joining Plus Power, he held key roles at major players in the renewable energy industry, including serving as the Director of the Utility business unit at Tesla and VP of Project Development at SolarCity.
Bob Rudd has an extensive track record in pioneering transactions and expanding energy storage portfolios, contributing significantly to the growth of the sector.
He is a fluent Spanish speaker with a diverse international work experience, having operated in various countries, and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado where he also competed as an NCAA Division I swimmer.
