Robert Riddell

Robert Riddell has over two decades of experience providing legal services for commercial, industrial, and residential developments, infrastructure, and arbitration. He is an accredited arbitrator and security of payment adjudicator. Robert established Sydney-based Building and Construction Group in Gadens in 2002, which employed 24 staffers at its peak. In 2017, he transitioned to Piper Alderman, a fast-growing national firm. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating procurement contracts, and contentious dispute resolution. Robert has also been a member of the Master Builders Association Legal and Contracts Committee, and he became the Chair of the Resolution Institutes' Sydney Determinative Professional Development Group in 2019.
