OpenTreatment is a mobile app and web-based that addresses important needs of patients, doctors, and hospitals. For patients, OpenTreatment empowers them to easily find and submit intake forms and insurance verification. For doctors, OpenTreatment reduces office-operating costs,  and creates new revenue sources. . Patients will be able to complete an online intake form for all doctors with information already saved onto the system thus eliminating time spent filling out forms for each doctor. •	Formalized a wireframe and style guide customized to our development.
•	Recruited an executive management team and rapidly developed a business model, created the site platform, researched crucial data for insurance vendors.

•	Responsible for calling on new accounts, while closing contracts and managing rewards. Grew business over 400% and responsible for over 67% of total revenue collected.  Trained and recruited teams to engage public to accept new technology while bringing on new card holder acquisitions.
