Robert has a proven track record of enabling customers to achieve new business value through innovative product capabilities and successfully bringing new solutions from concept to production.

His expertise spans product management, pre-sales, sales, market analysis, business case development, solution design, marketing, pricing, partner management, channel development, campaign development, and product and sales training.

Robert's specializations cover the telecommunications, software, convergent charging and rating, billing, customer care, mediation, service activation, optimized routing and interconnect billing, operational support systems (OSS), and business support systems (BSS) sectors.

He is a fluent Spanish speaker, both informally and in business settings.

Robert Morrison pursued his Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies at Liverpool John Moores University.

Currently, he holds the position of Executive Director, Product Management at CSG, where he continues to excel in his field.

Prior to this role, Robert served as the Product Manager for Charging and Billing at Intec Telecom Systems PLC, as well as the Pre-sales Manager and Consultant at the same organization.
