Robert Mastroddi
Vice President, Security & Facility Operations
Robert Mastroddi is the Vice President of Security & Facility Operations at the New York Jets, a position he has held since July 2003. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the selection, training, and supervision of both the security and facility operations staff at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center. His responsibilities also include developing and implementing policies for safe operations, as well as evaluating the facilities' infrastructure to identify maintenance and renovation needs. Mastroddi collaborates with security and public safety partners at MetLife Stadium and the training center to maintain effective emergency operations and business continuity plans, focusing on preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery strategies.1
Before joining the Jets, Mastroddi served as a Detective 1st Grade with the New York Police Department (NYPD) from July 1983 to July 2003. His assignments included roles such as NYPD Security Liaison to the Governor of New York and Deputy Director of the New York City Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management.1
