Robert Bennin

Robert Marshall Bennin, CFA, CPTD, FIoD, is a highly respected Coach, Thought-partner, and Advisor to Boards, CEOs, and senior-level executives of various organizations across Africa, providing strategic advice and guidance during times of crisis and transformation.

With a background in Economics, including a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Ghana and a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick, Robert also holds certifications such as the CFA Program, Driving Strategic Impact from Columbia Business School, and Associate Professional in Talent Development.

Robert's expertise extends to enterprise transformation, leadership, and strategy, demonstrated through over a decade of experience designing and delivering more than 550 learning programs to over 10,000 leaders from 125+ organizations. He has worked with a diverse range of clients including ABSA Ghana, Vodafone, Zenith Bank, and many others.

As the Founder of TEMPLE Advisory, Robert leads the firm's talent development, strategy consulting, and executive coaching practice, helping organizations develop adaptive learning cultures and customized solutions to engage talent, enhance productivity, and foster innovation in times of uncertainty.

Robert's professional journey includes roles such as Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach, former Leadership Faculty at ALU School of Business, and Head of Faculty in Economics and Entrepreneurship at the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg, South Africa.
