Robert Luo is a serial entrepreneur and successful business leader with a passion for tackling global problems. He has been recognized as a "30 Under 30" honoree by GreenBiz, as well as a recipient of various awards and recognitions such as the APEC Voice of the Future and the Entrepreneur Hall of Fame at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
Luo's educational background includes studying EDP, Business Administration and Management at Peking University, before pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Southern California.
Luo founded his current company, Mi Terro, with a mission to end food waste and replace plastic and paper with sustainable alternatives. Prior to founding Mi Terro, Luo held leadership positions at companies such as GE Healthcare and Xiamen Zhouxin Medical Imaging Co., LTD.
He is also a former Fellow of The RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce), a Future Founders Fellow, and has contributed to Thrive Global among other publications. Additionally, he has experience as a Sapphire Distributor at Jeunesse Global, and has held internships and leadership positions at various organizations, including the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and IvyMax Inc.
