Robert's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Behavior, Magna Cum Laude, a Master's degree in Business Management, Suma Cum Laude, and studies in Mechanical Engineering at various institutions such as Trenton State College, Rider University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Union County College. Additionally, Robert holds a Certified Energy Manager certification from the Association of Energy Engineers.

Within various organizations, Robert has held roles such as Major Account Consultant at PSE&G, Account Manager, Sales Consultant, and Customer Operations Supervisor at PSEG, showcasing a diverse and extensive experience in the Energy sector.
