Robert Kramer

Robert J. Kramer is the Chief Talent Officer at Fennemore, serving as a Director and member of the firm's C-Suite.1 He oversees attorney recruitment, professional development, onboarding, and retention.1 Kramer is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives within the firm.1

Prior to becoming Chief Talent Officer in 2016, Kramer practiced law for over 27 years, specializing in environmental, water, natural resources, and real estate law.1 His legal experience includes resolving matters related to environmental due diligence, hazardous waste regulation, and water issues.1
