Robert Pilon

Robert J. Pilon, Jr., known as Bob Pilon, is the founding President and Chief Growth Officer at REFORM Alliance, a prominent national advocacy organization focused on justice reform.

At REFORM, Pilon spearheads strategic growth initiatives to elevate the organization's brand, enhance public demand for justice reform, and engage Americans in creating impactful solutions.

With a background in high-impact roles, Pilon served on the investment committee for Pete Buttigieg's presidential campaign during the 2020 election cycle.

Subsequently, he joined Mike Bloomberg's Hawkfish as a senior advisor, contributing to digital campaigns that targeted voter registration and Get Out the Vote (GOTV) efforts, especially in swing states.

Pilon collaborated with a network of justice reform advocates to raise significant funds for the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, aiding in restoring voting rights for thousands of disenfranchised citizens.

Prior to his current role, Pilon held the position of Chief Development & Partnerships Officer at ONE, an international advocacy organization co-founded by Bono, where he focused on resource mobilization and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Pilon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Psychology from Penn State University, where his passion for philanthropy was ignited through involvement in the Penn State Dance Marathon.
