Robert Heaney

Robert Heaney is the Head of EMEA Institutional Distribution at M&G Investments, bringing over 25 years of experience in institutional client management, capital raising, and advisory services. His expertise lies in Private & Alternative Assets, encompassing Private Debt, Private Equity, Leveraged Loans, Structured Credit, Real Estate Debt, Real Estate, and Infrastructure.

Robert Heaney is an alumnus of the University of Cambridge and Loretto. He also completed the Sustainable Finance Executive Programme at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, University of Oxford.

Previously, Robert held various key positions at M&G Investments, including Head of Institutional Distribution EMEA and International Head of Institutional Distribution. He also served in roles such as Head of Nordics and Nordic Institutional Business Development at M&G Investments.

Before his tenure at M&G Investments, Robert Heaney held positions at renowned organizations like Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Datamonitor, where he honed his skills in equity capital markets, financial institutions group, and equity management.
