Robert Graham

Robert Graham is an experienced in-house technology counsel with a strong focus on commercial agreements, revenue growth, product advising, and team leadership. He brings together an entrepreneurial vision and strategic business acumen to enhance legal team efficiency.

Throughout his career, Robert has successfully negotiated and finalized enterprise deals with major brands, implemented resource-saving processes, and conducted risk analysis for key strategic initiatives.

Robert's specialties include commercial agreements, negotiation, data agreements, product counseling, real estate matters, trademarks, and corporate governance.

He is well-versed in various technologies including Confluence, DocuSign, Jira, Outlook, Salesforce, Slab, Slack, Smartsheets, and Workday.

Robert holds a Juris Doctor degree from UC Hastings College of the Law, along with certifications in management essentials from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor of Arts in Government (Political Science) from California State University-Sacramento.

Currently, Robert serves as Senior Counsel at Fivetran. Prior to this role, he held positions at The Trade Desk, The Matthew I. Berger Law Group, APC, Venskus & Associates, A.P.C., and has also worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Chen at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Robert's diverse background includes experience as a Summer Law Clerk at The Dolan Law Firm, a Clinic Student at Community Economic Development Clinic, UC Hastings, and a Jesse M. Unruh Assembly Fellow at the Capital Fellows Program.
