Robert Grady

Robert Grady is a professional with a significant background in leadership roles, particularly in the technology and entertainment sectors. Currently, he serves as the General Manager of the Amazon Freight Partner program at Amazon, a position he has held since February 2020. In this role, he leads a team focused on developing innovative business models within transportation.1

Before joining Amazon, Grady was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IMDb, another Amazon subsidiary, from July 2014 to January 2020. At IMDb, he was responsible for overseeing product development, technology, content, and advertising operations, managing all aspects of the business including profit and loss responsibilities.1

His earlier career includes various leadership positions at Starbucks Coffee Company, where he served as Vice President for both Global and U.S. Beverage divisions, and as Director of Espresso and New Ventures. He also worked at RealNetworks as Senior Director of Product Marketing.1

Grady holds an educational background from Harvard University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and he attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for further studies.1
