Robert Foti

Robert Foti is a highly experienced Professional Soldier and Army Ranger with an extensive background in COIN and conventional warfare. With two tours in RVN as an Airborne and Ranger Unit veteran and experience as a Ranger TL, he has trained and led SMT platoons and multiple company size units in COIN tactics and both rural and urban combat operations abroad.

Robert has also worked as an advisor and instructor to foreign LE and military units and has extensive experience with PSD teams both domestically and abroad. He has worked as a PSD team member for DYNCORP, WPPS-PSD team in Jerusalem, Israel and has trained over 100 VIP/Dig Protection and Basic to Advanced Combat Pistol Courses with his training firm, PARASEC.

As an NYS/DCJS LE Consultant and Instructor, Robert is highly skilled in working with indigenous personnel and has a passion for instructing and leading others in high-threat deployment scenarios.
