Robert has held leadership positions in various organizations, including COREONYX, Venesco, LLC, REI Systems, XLA, Booz Allen Hamilton, Boeing, and Independent Project Controls Consultant.

Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated a deep understanding of business strategy, customer relationships, and performance improvement. He has successfully sold complex services and enhanced market positions. Moreover, Robert is known for his excellent coaching and mentoring skills that have enabled him to build winning teams.
